CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
CAN I RETURN LINGERIE OR SWIMWEAR?
For hygiene reasons, certain underwear, lingerie and swimwear may only be returned where legally permitted and where any hygiene seals remain intact.
