These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Araya Fashion website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and sizing may vary between individual styles and suppliers. Please check the product information and our Size Guide & Care page before ordering.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or payment cannot be authorised.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
DELIVERY
Standard UK delivery is currently £3.95.
Estimated delivery information will be provided during checkout where available.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Unless another delivery period has been agreed, UK consumer rules generally require goods bought online to be delivered within 30 days.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
For most goods purchased online, customers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their order without giving a reason. After notifying us of cancellation, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order where they have been informed of this requirement.
Certain sealed goods may be exempt from cancellation rights after being unsealed where they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
REFUNDS
Where a cancellation right applies, refunds will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law. This includes refunding the basic standard delivery charge where required.
Additional amounts paid for an enhanced or more expensive delivery service do not have to be refunded beyond the cost of the standard delivery option.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arayafashion.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the Araya Fashion website, including Araya branding, logos, text and original photography or other content owned by Araya Fashion, must not be copied, reproduced or used without permission, except where permitted by law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply from the date the revised terms are published on our website and will not retrospectively alter the terms applying to an order already placed.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
