DELIVERY & RETURNS
At Araya Fashion, we want your shopping experience to be simple from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
UK DELIVERY
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Standard UK delivery is £3.95.
Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout where available. Please allow additional time during particularly busy periods, promotional events and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided with your order.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Araya purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, you can return eligible items to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain items including underwear, lingerie and swimwear may only be returned where legally permitted and where any hygiene seals remain intact.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and checked, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arayafashion.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We'll work with you to put things right as quickly as possible.
